Torsion Spring Toy Windup motor sealed : Runs for 30 seconds.  used for toy movement Measures 3x 3" Made in Japan.  Would have been used to make toy have slight movements.

Continuous automatic movement. Housings have slight variations of color gray to brown with a swirl in the design.
