Large Marx Grill for Large pickup truck : Firestone etc. 4.5" at the base and 3.5" top to bottom.  Tabs/pins are on the center of the top grill, sides of grill and top of headlights as well as the bumper.  Center to center of the bottom pins on bumper and top of lights is 3.5
